I want to thank you for your continued support over these last years!
As it has for many, this year presented major family difficulties for me AND a milestone birthday. With these two events at one time it became crystal clear to me that the time was here to pursue my greatest dream in life. In fact, I realized it may well be my last chance. Many of you already know I made a decision in June to return to school and I have been doing so over the last five months. While I didn’t know if my brain would “kick in”, the months of school and discussions with professors and those in my field have given me the courage to jump in with two feet!
However, that inevitably meant a conflict was bound to happen as I cannot work at the pace I was and accelerate my schooling to reach my goals. It was a decision that has been nagging at me for months, but situations presented themselves which left me in a place where I had to choose. And that is what I did.
Although I had planned to finish the year with a 12th Gift Basket CLUB, that will not happen. Most of my kits (as usual) will remain at DAISIE. My Print Design Store will also remain for the time being. I still have requests that I need to fulfill and will certainly do so.
I’ve been crafting since my earliest of memories, and printable designing is still something that I enjoy, but my schooling will now take precedence. If you are on my mailing list, I will be sure to let you know if I do design and place a new kit in my shoppe. Many of my ideas began as personal gifts and specific requests and I most likely will continue to do that in the future and make those available as kits for sale.
I’ve grown to know many of you over the years and you have a permanent place in heart. While I am not “going away”…..you are always free to contact me….I will be pursing my life long passion …and for that I am deeply excited and grateful beyond words to have this opportunity.
I thank you again from the bottom of my heart for the support that you have given me for many years…you will never know how much I appreciate it! I wish each of you only the best and hope that you too have opportunities to reach for your dreams. Whatever they may be, you have only one life, and as my all-time favorite song says; “This is your life, are you who you want to be?” (Switchfoot/This is Your Life)

Congratulations Sandy on pursuing your dreams. A happy belated Birthday to you too.
I know that I am going to miss all of your wonderful designs. I have lots of them. I’ve enjoyed your Gift Basket Club and have them too.
Good luck in your schooling and all that you do. Have a Very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year.
Not sure if I’m on the mailing list, so will put my email here and hope you add me
So long for now.

While I am so happy to hear you are pursuing your dreams, I am sad to hear that your designing will be taking a backseat. You are such an amazing designer and I have always been in awe of your creations.
